Shipping Information
1. Order Processing
- Processing time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST will begin processing the same day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹500
- Flat-rate Shipping of ₹50 - ₹175 for orders under ₹500.
- Transit times:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro areas: 4–7 business days
- Carriers: Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post (whichever offers the best coverage/time for your pincode).
3. International Shipping
- Rates & delivery: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Transit times: 12–24 business days (may vary by country).
- Customs & duties: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site.
- You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website or by visiting My Orders on cretebliss.com
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please wait 48 hours in case of mis-scan or delivery delays.
- For lost or damaged items, email us at support@cretebliss.com (or use the contact form) within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, photos of any damage, and a video of the product during unboxing.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Notes
- We currently ship to all pin codes in India and selected international locations.
- PO boxes: We can ship to most PO boxes via India Post, but couriers may not deliver to all rural PO boxes.
- Signature required: High-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.
