Shipping Information

1. Order Processing

  • Processing time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST will begin processing the same day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹500
  • Flat-rate Shipping of ₹50 - ₹175 for orders under ₹500.
  • Transit times:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Non-metro areas: 4–7 business days

  • Carriers: Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post (whichever offers the best coverage/time for your pincode).

3. International Shipping

  • Rates & delivery: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Transit times: 12–24 business days (may vary by country).
  • Customs & duties: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

4. Tracking Your Order

  1. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site.
  2. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website or by visiting My Orders on cretebliss.com

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please wait 48 hours in case of mis-scan or delivery delays.
  • For lost or damaged items, email us at support@cretebliss.com (or use the contact form) within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, photos of any damage, and a video of the product during unboxing.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Notes

  • We currently ship to all pin codes in India and selected international locations.
  • PO boxes: We can ship to most PO boxes via India Post, but couriers may not deliver to all rural PO boxes.
  • Signature required: High-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.
